What happens if I get in an accident with someone and I have no insurance?

Convictions for no proof of insurance will result in a suspension. If the defendant resents proof of insurance the court shall follow the procedure as outlined in O.C.G.A. 40-6-10(a)(7).
Court Responsibilities - Upon conviction, the court shall:
