Habitual Violator
I have been considered a habitual violator. However I have been violation free for a while now. What type of licenses can I apply for?

A person who has been declared a habitual violator and who has had his or her driver's license revoked for a period of five years, after two years have expired since the date on which such person's license was surrendered or an affidavit was accepted as provided in subsection (e) of O.C.G.A. §40-5-61, such person may be issued a probationary driver's license for a period of time not to exceed three years
