I was wondering, What would happen if I pulled up, filled up my tank and just drove off?

  Upon First Conviction, no suspension shall be issued provided the conviction be reported to the DDS. Upon second conviction, a 6 month suspension will be issued along with a $60.00 reinstatement fee. Upon a third and subsequent conviction, the drivers license shall be suspended for 12 months along with an additional $60.00 reinstatement fee.
