Fake ID?

I used a fake I.D. to purchase alcohol for my friends and I. Unfortunately it did not go over to well with the store clerk. My friends say that I am going to have to go to court and that I may loose my license. Is this true?

  Yes, Your license will be suspended for a 6 month period. To be reinstated you must:

   

   

  Submit an original certificate of completion from a DDS approved Defensive Driving Course;Remit a reinstatement fee of $210.00 ($200.00 if applied for by mail).
