Controlled Substance
My daughter got her license suspended for driving with controlled substances in her possession. She still continues to get in her car and drive around. What could happen to her if she continues this behavior?

If a defendant’s license is suspended as result of a Controlled Substance Violation, and he/she is convicted of driving while their license is suspended or revoked, the fine shall be not less than $750.00 nor more than $5,000.00, or imprisonment of not more than 12 months, or both. See O.C.G.A. §40-5-75(f).
